At Flat Squirrel Scooters we are ready to meet your scooters maintenance and repair needs. Our service department strives to provide you with 100% satisfaction for all your service needs. We have a first class service department that is well trained to make your next service quick and efficient. At Flat Squirrel Scooters, our goal is to get your scooter in and out as quickly as possible so you can be back on the road having fun.
We will gladly schedule an appointment for your regularly scheduled maintenance. Flat Squirrel Scooters’ service department has the knowledge and parts to repair almost ALL brands, makes and models of scooters on the road today.
At Flat Squirrel Scooters, we have a rather large storage area so you can rest assured that your scooter will be safe and secure and out of the elements while it’s under our care.
CONSIGNMENT PROGRAM
As an added service Flat Squirrel Scooters does offer a consignment program to anyone looking to sell their Scooter. Our program is open to most makes and models of Scooters. Your scooter must pass a safety inspection and road test administered by one of our trained technicians before we will put it on the floor.
We will clean and detail your scooter and then put it on display at our facility along with advertising it on our company web site. We have hundreds of customers that come to our showroom and many are asking about used scooters. We can also assist a new buyer in financing if they are looking to purchase your scooter.
Steps to success:
1. Bring your scooter in to Flat Squirrel Scooter along with your scooters title and other owner’s paperwork such as owner’s manual, battery tenders, registration and insurance card.
2. Flat Squirrel Scooters will recommend a selling price and show you how we came to that price.
3. We will clean, inspect and photo your scooter, place it in our facility and on our web site.
4. We handle all the leg-work including showing your scooter to potential customers, financing and/or price negotiations. Basically we represent the scooter as if it was one of our own.
5. Once your scooter sells we will handle all the title transfer, plate transfer and state fees.
6. Once the transaction and paperwork has been completed, we send you a check!
